Remember me on this day
Persisted in the other corner of peace and gay
While you waste food in your festive galore
I burned in fire roasting agony in tears shore.
Food a necessity for life
Nature’s blessing for us to thrive
But there I am forbidden
Lack of money or may be caste.
My
dreams out of reach
For your food and displays
Fried in the flames of poverty
Senseless to right and wrong
I sustained with mud and rocks
In a cave in dense forest.
Now
here I am content
Without apitite
Without aspirations
Forgot the wounds and bruises
You afflicted on me with death.
Now
listen my word
A cherub from God.
The food you waste
Enough for the children to alive
Reach the dying and half died
Scattered along the continents.
